    We offer a 30 day general warranty period, unless stated otherwise.

    Damaged Items
    In the unlikely event that your item arrives either broken or damaged, we will offer a full refund or a replacement item. Please provide clear, good quality photos that clearly show the damage (within the original packaging).

    Please email us at sales@hamptonselegance.com enclosing photos, your name, order number and contact details and whether you would prefer a replacement or refund.

    We may request that your purchase be returned to us in its original condition as was shipped to you. If this is the case, Hamptons Elegance will cover the cost of the return postage.

    Once the returned item has been received, inspected and approved, a refund will be processed.

    In the event that the item is out of stock we will provide you with a full refund, or if you prefer, an alternative item to the same value.

    Change of Mind
    In the event that you change your mind, we will to either of the following:

    – Offer a replacement to equal value
    – Offer a Gift Card in an equal amount which can be used within Hamptons Elegance.

    Please note, your original purchase will need to be returned to us in its original condition as was shipped to you. The cost of the return postage is the responsibility of the buyer.
